Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality character animations that effectively bring stories to life and engage viewers. Create and optimize character rigs to ensure smooth and efficient animation workflows, reducing production time by up to 20%. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and refine character designs and animation sequences, ensuring alignment with project goals. Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines without compromising animation quality or creativity. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior animators, fostering skill development and maintaining high team standards. Participate actively in project reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance overall animation quality and consistency. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Animation or a related field, demonstrating solid foundational knowledge. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in character design and rigging within the animation industry. Proficiency in Blender with strong technical skills in character rigging and animation workflows. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments effectively. Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience mentoring junior animators and leading creative direction. Knowledge of additional animation software and scripting languages to enhance rigging efficiency. Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new animation techniques.
