How You Will Make An Impact

Perform bank reconciliations and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial recordsDeliver high-quality, accurate work within tight reporting deadlines, taking ownership of key deliverablesPrepare and maintain comprehensive workpapers, including capital activity, investment transactions, and income and expense accrualsUpdate and manage distribution waterfall (carried interest) models with precisionCalculate management fees and produce detailed supporting schedulesAnalyze transaction documentation to understand investment structures, accounting impacts, and accrual requirementsSupport the year-end audit process, partnering closely with internal teams, clients, and external auditorsBuild strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and tax advisors, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field2+ years of accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to general ledgers, workpapers, and financial statement preparationStrong knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principlesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office suiteHighly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to meet tight deadlinesProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting across all levels of an organization

What Sets You Apart
