We believe that proactive risk mitigation speeds up innovation rather than slowing it down — making integrity a true differentiator for ***.About the RoleTo operate at scale as an AI-first company, we are seeking an operational excellence thinker to collaborate with our CIT pillars of Privacy & Data Protection, Responsible AI and Integrity, and with Product Legal, Global Legal Services, Security and Customer Care. This workmate will focus on executing on compliance workstreams that are common and critical to our compliance pillars, such as workmate & customer advisory compliance support.While every day presents new opportunities, a typical day in the life of this role may include the following activities:Execute on customer advisory compliance support workstreams stemming from multiple parts of the CIT function including Responsible AI, Privacy & Data Protection and Integrity, such as:Review Privacy, Integrity and Responsible AI due diligence requirements of third-party suppliers and/or partners.Support customer and prospect questionnaires focused on Privacy and Data Compliance to address customer vendor requirementsExecute compliance reviews centered around internal tooling and workmate relocation requestsCollaborate cross-functionally to execute on high volume workloads via enterprise and AI tools.Be a trusted advisor for internal business partners in responding to customer and workmate queries related to ***'s compliance and integrity policies.About You
Basic Qualifications4+ years of experience in a compliance, risk management, or audit roleBachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, finance or related fieldGeneral understanding of compliance and risk management programsFamiliarity with Cloud Computing and Software as a Service (SaaS)Strong verbal and written communication skills
