About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, market intelligence, advanced reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business recommendations, optimizing reporting processes, and identifying opportunities that drive operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Business Intelligence tools and a passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve business performance.As part of a global organization, this position will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions, including teams in Korea and leadership based in the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.Create and enhance Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and Tableau.Support market intelligence initiatives through competitor, consumer, and industry analysis.Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility.Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize decision-making and business reporting.Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational initiatives.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Market Intelligence, or related roles.Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions.Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into business insights.Experience in multinational environments is highly desirable.Technical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel.Advanced Power BI.Tableau.Data analysis and visualization.Business and market intelligence.Artificial Intelligence tools applied to reporting, automation, and data analysis.Knowledge of data management and reporting best practices.Language RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred QualificationsExperience within the technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or smartphone industry.Exposure to regional or global business operations.Experience optimizing reporting processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.
