Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end purchase requisitions for goods and services, from request validation through delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and defined KPIsEvaluate purchase requests, confirming completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation prior to sourcing activitiesIdentify, qualify, and engage suppliers by analyzing market pricing, availability, lead times, and service capabilityConduct technical and commercial evaluations, coordinate tender processes, and support supplier award decisionsNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery conditions to achieve optimal total cost of ownership while meeting internal stakeholder needsExpedite purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted operational capacityAnalyze spend patterns and recurring procurement needs to identify cost-saving opportunities and support long-term sourcing strategies
What We Are Looking ForContinuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – someone who is naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every dayBachelor’s degree in purchasing, business administration, management, or a related disciplineSolid experience in operational procurement, with strong understanding of purchasing processes, supplier sourcing, and vendor managementProven negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to balance cost, quality, service, and stakeholder expectationsStrong capability to manage high volumes of requisitions, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environmentsProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with confidence in analyzing and interpreting procurement dataFluent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to support regional coordinationCustomer-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across functions, build trusted supplier relationships, and uphold high ethical standards
