Senior Full Stack Engineer Front End Lean

Position Summary:Our partner is investing in the continued evolution of the digital experiences that patients rely on every day, including provider search, appointment scheduling, and other critical web platforms. They are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise who naturally thinks beyond the browser and understands the systems, APIs, cloud services, and data flow that power modern web applications.
While React and TypeScript are core technologies, this role extends across the application stack. The ideal candidate is comfortable contributing to frontend development while understanding backend services, system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and application architecture. Success comes from approaching software as an interconnected system rather than a collection of user interfaces.

Experience and Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience with a strong frontend focusExtensive experience building production web applications using React and TypeScriptExperience designing, building, or supporting backend services using Node.js, NestJS, or similar technologiesExperience building and consuming REST APIs within distributed application environmentsBackground working with cloud platforms, databases, authentication, and system integrationsProven experience troubleshooting production issues and improving application performance, scalability, and reliability
