Senior Fullstack Developer

🚀 At Tribu, we keep growing and we’re looking for an Fullstack Engineer to join our team.
The world of software development is changing fast. AI is transforming not only what we can build, but how we think, design, test, and build software.
That’s why this role is not focused on mastering one specific technology or framework. We’re looking for someone who is highly proactive, has strong software engineering foundations, and knows how to effectively leverage AI throughout the entire development lifecycle.
🤖 What we’re looking for5+ years of professional software development experience.Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and similar technologies as part of the development workflow.Strong ability to code with AI, providing the right context, structuring solutions, validating outputs, iterating quickly, and turning AI-generated code into production-ready software.Experience building solutions that integrate AI, including LLM APIs, agents, automations, or AI-powered features.Ability to integrate and automate testing throughout the development process, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Strong understanding of how to validate AI-generated outputs and code, identify potential hallucinations, inconsistencies, security issues, and regressions, and build automated validation mechanisms to minimize the risks associated with AI-assisted development.Experience designing development workflows where AI accelerates delivery without replacing engineering judgment, testing, code review, or quality controls.Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and application structure.Solid knowledge and practical application of software development best practices.Experience with Node.js, React, and React Native is highly valued, although we are not looking for someone tied to a specific stack.Ability to understand complex problems, translate them into technical solutions, and make sound engineering decisions.Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.Engineering degree completed or close to completion.

We’re looking for someone who understands that AI-generated code is not automatically production-ready. You should know how to challenge, test, validate, and improve AI outputs, building automated quality gates and feedback loops that allow teams to move faster without introducing unnecessary technical risk.
⚡ Proactivity is key.We want someone who is eager to learn, grow, research, experiment, and propose new ideas. Someone who doesn’t just wait for instructions, but can explore alternatives, suggest solutions, and take ownership of getting things done.
