Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Workday Payroll Product Owner based in Minneapolis, Minnesota . This full-time role requires a strong background in HR systems and payroll product leadership within Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Workday Payroll product team to deliver high-quality payroll solutions. Implement and optimize Workday Payroll functionalities for US and Canadian operations. Collaborate with SaaS payroll vendors such as ADP and Earned Wage Access to ensure seamless payroll processing. Drive Agile processes and continuous improvement within the HR systems domain. Work closely with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery teams to enhance HR service workflows. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Agile experience in product leadership roles. 7+ years of experience with HR systems including Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle, or similar platforms. At least 6 years leading Workday Payroll product teams. 5+ years working with SaaS-based payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Earned Wage Access). Experience implementing Workday Payroll in US and Canada preferred. 3+ years experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
