SAP FICO Test Lead — Texas City, TX

About the Project

The project will move General Ledger processing from Oracle to SAP and integrate approximately 60 interfaces. The Test Lead will guide FICO testing across interconnected business processes, internal systems, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO testing across onshore and offshore teams.
• Plan and oversee testing for General Ledger processes and integrations moving into SAP.
• Coordinate testing of interfaces and interconnected business processes.
• Support data migration testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Use strong financial and analytical judgment to identify risks and solve problems.
• Escalate interface or model issues to management when appropriate.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SAP FICO testing experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing FICO testing across onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong General Ledger and financial process knowledge.
• Experience with budgeting and planning.
• Experience with data migration and validation, and internal systems integrating with SAP.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to solve problems quickly across connected processes.
• Insurance experience with SAP is helpful; candidates from any industry are welcome.
• This is a testing leadership role, not a functional or UAT tester position.
