Senior Manager, Reimbursements Data, Analytics & Reporting

About the role

LUMA Energy is looking for a leader to oversee financial data management, analytics, and reporting. The role ensures accurate and consistent databases, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics, delivering timely, actionable insights to strengthen financial oversight, enhance program performance, and support informed management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and ongoing management of financial databases, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Establish standardized data definitions, reporting methodologies, and controls to support accurate, consistent, and timely information.
• Supervise and develop staff responsible for financial data management, analytics, dashboards, metrics, and reporting; establish priorities and performance expectations, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives for financial reporting and data-management processes.
• Coordinate collection, integration, validation, and reconciliation of financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with Finance, Federal Funds, Project Management, IT, and other areas to identify reporting requirements, integrate information, and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
