The Senior ML Engineer will lead machine learning initiatives and build production systems that drive business innovation. The role involves designing scalable ML architectures, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with product and data teams to bring AI models to production.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced machine learning systems focused on scalability and performance.
- Lead technical decisions and guide ML development initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in ML best practices and engineering principles.
- Build and optimize ML pipelines from experimentation through production deployment.
- Drive model performance, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement ML technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.
Requirements
- Four or more years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.
- Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Extensive experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production ML systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, data processing, and system optimization.
- Advanced level of English.
