Senior Mobile Engineer Flutter

We're really prioritizing:
Production Flutter depth — not merely training, prototypes or personal applications.
Native mobile understanding — Android or iOS expertise beneath the Flutter layer.
Complete application ownership — architecture through deployment and support.
Troubleshooting ability — performance, crashes, devices, builds and native integrations.
Evidence of scale and complexity — secure applications, offline use, integrations, large user bases or enterprise environments.

Target Experience Profile:
7–10+ years of overall software development
5–8+ years focused on mobile applications
3–5+ years of production Flutter/Dart experience
Earlier experience in native Android, native iOS or React Native
Deep experience in at least one native platform
Working knowledge of the second native platform
Experience shipping multiple applications to production
Experience owning architecture, releases and production support

Should have 80% or more of the following experience:
Dart, including object-oriented programming, null safety, asynchronous programming, Futures and Streams.
Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation and reusable component development
State management using BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, Redux or similar tools
REST API or GraphQL integration
JSON serialization and data modeling
Authentication and authorization
Local storage and offline functionality
Firebase or similar cloud services
Push notifications and deep linking
Unit, widget and integration testing
CI/CD and automated mobile builds
Apple App Store and Google Play releases
Performance troubleshooting and crash analysis
Responsive interfaces across different screen sizes
Native device features such as camera, GPS, Bluetooth, biometrics and file storage
