About the role
The Senior Operations Representative coordinates and assists vessels calling the Central America and Caribbean area. The role liaises with local port offices and sub agents to ensure operational requirements are met from berthing prospects and working schedules through departure, in line with principal and company requirements.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Central America and Caribbean vendors, offices and staff comply with ISS standards and procedures.
- Work with Regional agents, the Panama team and the DA team to support timely and accurate coding, uploading and posting of DAs from regional appointments.
- Work with the Marine Services Regional Supervisor to streamline and improve the efficiency of Subagent team processes.
- Coordinate with Regional Agents to prepare vessel berth and working schedules before arrival, and monitor compliance during cargo operations.
- Collect Port Status information and report updates to Principals.
- Assist regional procurement with subagent matters.
