Senior People Organization Coordinator – IT

The People Operations Coordinator – Information Technology is responsible for coordinating and executing People Organization operational activities that support the Information Technology organization across all PriceSmart countries. This role ensures operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle by coordinating talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, workforce administration, organizational changes, reporting, employee experience, and People Organization processes.Working under the strategic direction of the PO Business Partner, this role independently coordinates operational priorities, drives execution of People Organization processes, and delivers exceptional service to leaders, employees, and candidates. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate business needs while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
