Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Juncos, Puerto Rico. This role is responsible for leading engineering projects within pharmaceutical facilities, from planning and scope definition through execution and closeout. Day-to-day activities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, overseeing validation and automation deliverables, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Senior Project Manager will track project progress, resolve issues, communicate status to stakeholders, and align project outcomes with client objectives. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, collaborating with operations and quality teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in project management and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications

Project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading complex engineering initiatives in regulated environments.Expediting capabilities, including Expeditor and Expediting skills for managing materials, schedules, and vendor deliverables.Inspection experience, including conducting technical Inspection activities to verify installation, quality, and compliance.Logistics Management skills for coordinating resources, materials, and activities across multiple project sites.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.Proven experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry, with strong knowledge of validation and automation practices.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with manufacturing and process engineering environments is beneficial.
