About the role
Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment and alignment of global time-tracking ecosystems. The role involves implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management, formerly Dimensions, across two multi-site Latin American operations, with a focus on manufacturing environments in Mexico and Costa Rica.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation for manufacturing sites in Mexico and Costa Rica.
- Align system logic with Free Trade Zone corporate tax, auditing, and time-tracking constraints, including Regimen de Zona Franca in Costa Rica.
- Work with local payroll and HR partners to configure rules for regional compliance, including Mexico’s LFT regulations on overtime caps, holiday shifts, and prime premiums, and Costa Rica's labor laws.
- Lead integrations between UKG data outputs, global payroll systems, localized ERPs, and regional banking interfaces.
- Map factory requirements, including 24/7 continuous operations, rotating line schedules, skill-based line placement, and localized meal breaks, into the platform.
- Direct remote configuration and deployment of biometric data collection terminals and mobile geo-fenced applications across secure facility checkpoints.
