Role: Senior Project Manager – Ultra Luxury $400m HotelLocation: Puerto RicoSalary: US $200,000 - $250,000 + bonus + medical/dental/vision + benefits
A globally recognised luxury real estate developer is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship ultra-luxury hotel within a large-scale master-planned resort community. Working from pre-construction through to handover, you will oversee the design, procurement and construction of a world-class hospitality project.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of a luxury hotel project from pre-construction through completion and handover.Manage the project programme, budget, procurement strategy and commercial performance.Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors throughout all project phases.Oversee design management, value engineering and technical coordination.Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme objectives.Manage stakeholder reporting and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
RequirementsDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.Significant experience delivering luxury hospitality projects from concept through completion.Proven track record managing high-end hotel construction projects for internationally recognised operators or developers.Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, project controls and construction methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within large-scale mixed-use or master-planned developments would be advantageous.
