Western Union is evolving into a digitally driven, customer-centric financial services company focused on innovation, speed, and scale. As it grows its recruiting presence in Guatemala, this role will serve as a key Talent Acquisition partner in the market, helping shape recruiting practices, build local talent networks, and create scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and recommending qualified candidates based on job-related qualifications and business requirements.
• Recruit for senior management and below positions.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner and local face of recruiting in Guatemala, building relationships and providing a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, community partners, and other external talent networks.
• Establish, refine, and scale recruiting processes and practices, identifying opportunities for greater structure, consistency, and efficiency.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
