Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Industrial Sales Manager in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. The Senior Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for global industrial/OEM accounts with the tasks of lead generation, engaging in consultative selling, and establishing relationships at all customer levels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, managing the sales pipeline, problem solving, and closing deals. This role requires regular interaction with clients in the manufacturing sectors, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions which can be technical or commercial in nature

QualificationsStrong skills in identifying opportunities and tailoring organizational capabilities to a unique set of customer challengesProven ability to engage with customers at multiple levels, navigate customer's processes and programs, and understand supply chain complexitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team and travel on an as needed basisBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related fieldExperience in the manufacturing, engineering and/or supply chain industry is a must.
