Senior Supervisor Collections & Loss Management

About the role

At Western Union, teams are helping transform the company into a digital-first business, built on its retail foundation and powered by next-generation payments. The Senior Supervisor Collections & Loss Management oversees money transfer operations for Western Union Global Digital Collections & Payments infrastructure, provides operational insights and drives optimization and automation initiatives.

The role works with departments, vendors and stakeholders to maintain digital collections and payments systems and resolve incidents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational execution in line with agreed KPIs and support operational readiness for new product and market launches.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders, and support timely, accurate and complete reporting of operational performance.
• Maintain relevant tools and systems in coordination with tech and product teams, and develop and maintain existing and new processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, optimization and automation initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across functions and globally.
• Manage team administration, hire and onboard new employees, and prepare business cases.
