The company combines innovation, cloud, artificial intelligence, automation, 5G, and digital solutions to transform how millions of people connect and access digital services.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to work with cutting-edge technologies, high-impact projects, and international teams while expanding their technical knowledge and growing their careers within an industry that is constantly evolving.About the RoleWe are looking for a Service Monitoring Analyst – NOC/SOC to join a team responsible for monitoring the availability, performance, and continuity of mobile network services.This position combines mobile network monitoring with development and automation, so we are looking for a profile with NOC/SOC or Telecom experience and, most importantly, a strong interest or experience in Python, databases, APIs, n8n, and log analysis.The role will not only focus on monitoring and troubleshooting network events but also on supporting the development of automation, integrations, and solutions that improve operational and detection processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor the performance, availability, and continuity of mobile network services.Use multiple monitoring tools to identify alarms, events, and service degradation.Configure and maintain alarm systems to detect deviations in performance metrics and KPIs.Analyze events and trends to identify potential root causes and anticipate issues.Perform proactive analysis to prevent or mitigate service interruptions.Participate in the analysis and resolution of network incidents.Collaborate closely with NOC, SOC, RAN, and other technical teams.Develop and support automation for monitoring and event detection.Integrate different information sources through APIs.Support data ingestion, transformation, and analysis processes.Work with logs and different technical data sources.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within monitoring processes.RequirementsUniversity or technical studies, either in progress or completed, in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields.Previous experience in mobile network service monitoring.Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies.Experience across different mobile network domains, preferably RAN.Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, or similar platforms.Ability to analyze KPIs, alarms, events, and performance issues.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information and make decisions while following operational procedures.⭐ Priority: Development & AutomationThe development and automation component is a key priority for this position.We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or knowledge of:🐍 Python🗄️ Databases / SQL🔗 APIs / REST APIs⚙️ n8n📋 Logs and log analysisProcess automation.Data integration and ingestion.Development of automation for monitoring and event detection.Integration between different platforms and information sources.Nice to HavePrevious experience in NOC/SOC environments.Experience developing scripts or tools to automate operational tasks.Networking or telecommunications certifications.Experience working in 24/7 monitoring environments.Additional knowledge of automation, system integration, and data processing.Location & Work Schedule📍 Córdoba, Argentina🏢 Semi-presential / Hybrid🔄 Rotating shifts:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM3:00 PM – 11:00 PM11:00 PM – 7:00 AMThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a hybrid Telecom + NOC/SOC + Development + Automation profile, someone who enjoys using technology to improve monitoring and operational processes.If you are interested in working with Python, APIs, databases, n8n, automation, monitoring, and mobile network technologies, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a global technology environment.
