Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various home appliances, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards. Respond promptly to service calls and conduct thorough on-site inspections to accurately diagnose appliance issues. Install new home appliances following manufacturer guidelines to guarantee proper functionality. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions. Maintain detailed service records including parts used and time spent on each job. Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and recommend necessary repairs, delivering excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Certification in a related field is required. Proven experience in repair, installation, and maintenance of home appliances. Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in appliance repair and installation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
