We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join us on a contract basis, working on-site to support critical IT service management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to enhance IT service management processes. Configure and administer ServiceNow platform components including Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals. Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow workflows and integrations to improve system performance and user experience. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. Document development processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and compliance. Assist in SCCM package deployment and reporting, as well as remediation efforts using Bigfix reports. Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations. What We're Looking For Required: 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting the development, implementation, administration, and configuration of ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools. Strong expertise in Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management. Proven ability to work effectively in IT environments with complex workflows and integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (SNOW). Experience with Microsoft O365 cloud instances. Knowledge of SCCM package deployment and reporting. Familiarity with Bigfix reports and remediation processes. A+ certification and SharePoint experience. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
