We're looking for our next Logistics & Shipping Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and natural problem-solver who thrives in a high-energy environment. You'll be the central point of contact between our customers, warehouses, suppliers, and carriers, keeping every shipment on track and every stakeholder informed. Prior experience in track & trace, logistics, supply chain, and customer service is key, along with the ability to multitask, a positive attitude, and outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal).
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers, warehouses, and suppliers throughout the entire shipping and delivery process.Proactively communicate shipment status updates, including delays, exceptions, or changes, to all relevant parties via phone calls, emails, and text messages.Make and receive calls and messages with carriers, drivers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers on a daily basis to coordinate and confirm logistics operations.Ensure freight arrives correctly and on time to its destination, managing exceptions and escalations as needed.Schedule and coordinate transportation based on shipment requirements, including weight, dimensions, and delivery timelines.Select the appropriate shipping method (ground, LTL, FTL, etc.) based on load specifications and cost efficiency.Handle end-to-end logistics and shipping with a focus on timeliness and proper freight handling.Coordinate with carriers and help identify reliable partners offering competitive pricing and superior service.Drive cost savings on monthly shipping charges across ground and LTL operations.Monitor shipments, update internal systems, and contribute to the development of improved logistics processes and structures.
Requirements & SkillsPrior experience in logistics, shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain management.Comfortable with high-volume communication: calls, emails, and texts are a core part of this role.Strong interpersonal skills; you'll be talking directly with clients, carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and suppliers every day.Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude to get things done.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; B2 or higher required.
