Social Media Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create captions and schedule engaging posts.
• Monitor, respond to comments and messages and grow our online community.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to improve results.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and analytics tools.
• Excellent written communication and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
