Social Media Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to join our on-site team in Managua. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, knows how to connect with audiences, and isn’t afraid of being in front of the camera.You’ll be responsible for developing content plans, managing social media communities, and ensuring that our brand stays active and engaging across all digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage social media content calendars.Develop engaging content (photos, videos, and copy) aligned with brand tone and goals.Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for content creation (stories, reels, promotional videos).Monitor and manage online communities, including responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy to increase engagement and reach.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
RequirementsC1 or higher level of English (spoken and written).Experience in community management and social media strategy.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Confident and professional presence on camera.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work on-site in Managua, Monday to Friday.Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).Experience using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
