About the CompanyThe ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.About the RoleResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retentionMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employeesAssist management in conflict resolutionSet standards for ethics, values and culture of companyresearch and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retentionMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employeesAssist management in conflict resolutionSet standards for ethics, values and culture of companyAct as an HR Business Partner to business leaders.Execute talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations processes.Oversee and directly execute HR processes when required.Develop and track Human Capital metrics and KPIs.Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packagesExecute the Talent Strategy: Support the implementation of projects to enhance our talent pipeline and address key opportunities. Support Workforce Planning: Lead succession and workforce planning efforts, helping to develop leadership talent across the business.
QualificationsBachelor's degree8 years of experience in HR or related fieldStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsAt least 4 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, creating, implementing, and managing HR processes.Experience in the automotive industry or in growing national companies.Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suite
