Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust software applications tailored to project specifications and client needs. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, project managers, and fellow developers to define, design, and deliver new features. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to peers, enhancing team performance. Debug and troubleshoot software issues promptly to maintain optimal application performance and reliability. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# with at least 2 years of professional software development experience. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience using version control systems, especially Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and collaborative team environments. Preferred: Exposure to front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
