About the role
The Solution Consultant Manager acts as the strategic bridge between complex client business challenges and TP’s integrated portfolio of BPO, Contact Center and different As a Service solutions. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Transformation, this leader manages the pre-sales engineering team to design, architect and present value propositions that are technically and operationally feasible.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with C-level stakeholders to uncover challenges in customer experience and operational workflows.
- Translate requirements into integrated solutions combining SaaS platforms, including AI, omnichannel and analytics, with BPO and Contact Center operations such as agents, staffing, training and quality.
- Develop and implement a methodology to quantify business value through ROI, TCO and NPV, connecting proposed solutions to financial outcomes.
- Lead whiteboarding sessions to map current and future states and identify technology and human performance gaps.
- Prepare and lead technical responses to major RFPs, addressing security, compliance and functional requirements with innovative approaches.
- Design solutions aimed at business outcomes such as reducing AHT, increasing CSAT or optimizing OpEx.
