Solutions Engineer

Job Title: Solutions EngineerLocation: Argentina (Remote)Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and client-facing teams to understand business challenges and technical requirements.• Analyze root causes and recommend scalable solutions, integrations, automation, and product enhancements.• Design, develop, test, and deliver production-ready solutions within short development cycles (1–4 weeks).• Ensure solutions are properly reviewed, documented, and merged into core product codebases.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related technical role.• Experience working directly with customers, pre-sales teams, or product organizations.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
