As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll work with diverse technologies and infrastructures, test access solutions, contribute insights to product development, and tackle technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise IT teams on deploying, rolling out, and optimizing secure VDI environments built on Thinfinity Workspace.
• Design and implement delivery architectures for virtual desktops and applications, using reverse proxy access and secure publishing through RDP, VNC, and SSH, with gateway hardening, session brokering, and context-aware identity policies.
• Support cloud-based projects primarily on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), as well as Azure, AWS, and GCP for hybrid deployments.
• Assist clients migrating from Citrix or VMware Horizon to Thinfinity’s web-based platform for virtual desktop and application delivery.
• Guide Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM) implementations aligned with enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering and channel customer feedback into roadmap decisions and technical enhancements.
• Travel for implementations and events in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and the USA, supporting successful deployments and customer relationships.
