Sourcing Operations Analyst

Are you a procurement professional with experience managing sourcing operations, vendor engagement, and contracts? We're looking for an Sourcing Operations Analyst to support end-to-end procurement activities, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with global stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement teams.What You'll DoManage the full lifecycle of Vendor Engagement Requests (VERs), from intake through completion.Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Due Diligence, and business stakeholders to ensure timely sourcing execution.Monitor sourcing workflows, track procurement activities, and resolve process bottlenecks.Analyze procurement data and generate reporting to support operational performance.Review contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring compliance with company standards.Support commercial negotiations with vendors to optimize pricing and terms.Facilitate contract execution through DocuSign and maintain contract records in repository systems.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Category Management, or related fields.Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes.Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, or global environments.Familiarity with DocuSign, JIRA, Thinksmart, or similar platforms is a plus.Commercial contracting and negotiation experience preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with global stakeholders and vendors.Exposure to complex sourcing and contracting initiatives.Collaborative and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
