What you'll doLead daily service and the kitchen team with meOwn mise en place, prep lists, and station standardsKeep every recipe to spec: portions, plating, consistencyManage ordering, inventory, and waste controlTrain and develop our cooks
What I'm looking for3+ years as a senior line cook or sous chef in high-volume or upscale kitchensA strong Italian foundation: fresh pasta, sauces, seafood handlingCalm leadership under pressureKnowledge of food cost and HACCPFluent English and Spanish (required)
