Key Responsibilities Translate a wide range of documents from English to Spanish while maintaining original context and intent. Proofread and edit translations carefully to ensure accuracy and high-quality standards. Format documents using Microsoft Word according to project specifications and client preferences. Apply grammar correction and maintain stylistic consistency throughout translations. Collaborate with team members to clarify project requirements and resolve translation queries. Participate in regular reviews and feedback sessions to continuously enhance translation quality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve workflow efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma with extensive experience in Spanish translation. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word for document formatting and preparation. Solid understanding of grammar and style in both Spanish and English. Preferred: certifications in translation or linguistics. Minimum of 3 years relevant translation experience preferred.
