We're looking for a dynamic, bilingual Spanish-speaking Sales Representative to drive growth and build strong client relationships. This full-time role begins onsite in Guangzhou, China, offering you hands-on experience with cutting-edge products and company operations. After approximately one year, you will transition to a remote position based in your home country, focusing on sales development and market expansion across Latin America. Key Responsibilities Develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities throughout Latin America, targeting key markets such as Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. Analyze market trends and competitor activities regularly to provide actionable insights that support strategic sales decisions. Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and management to align sales strategies with company goals. Conduct regular client presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions. Coordinate international travel for client meetings and trade shows, averaging six trips per year during the onsite phase. Report sales performance metrics and forecast future sales to senior management accurately and timely. Adapt quickly to evolving market conditions and customer needs to maximize sales effectiveness. What We're Looking For Required: Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills for daily business interactions. Based in Latin America, preferably Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil. Willingness to relocate to Guangzhou, China for about one year. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience; candidates without direct sales experience must show strong motivation and a sales-oriented mindset. Ability to travel internationally approximately six times per year during the initial onsite period. Preferred: Experience in in vitro diagnostics (IVD), medical devices, or healthcare industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
