Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive drama curriculum tailored to primary students’ developmental stages and interests, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons that promote creativity, confidence, and self-expression, encouraging active student participation. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment conducive to artistic exploration. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their acting skills and theatre production knowledge, tracking progress through assessments. Organize and oversee school drama productions, including auditions, rehearsals, and performances, showcasing student talents and teamwork. Collaborate with educators to integrate drama and theatre concepts into cross-curricular activities, enriching the overall learning experience. Engage with parents and the community to promote drama initiatives and events, fostering a supportive network for student development. Participate actively in staff meetings and school-wide projects to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement of the arts program. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theatre Education, Performing Arts, or related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary education, preferably with drama or theatre specialization. Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage young learners creatively. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Passion for fostering artistic growth and teamwork among children.
