About the RoleUnited Imaging Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Spare Parts Specialist to support our service operations in Mexico.This role is responsible for managing spare parts & toolbox operations, including inventory control, place replenishment order, logistics coordination, import & export operation and system management. The position works closely with Field Service teams, Supply Chain, global headquarters, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure timely spare parts availability and efficient service support for United Imaging’s medical imaging equipment.
Main ResponsibilitiesSpare Parts Operations & Inventory ManagementManage daily spare parts activities, including check parts&tools requests, ordering, receiving, storage and delivery.Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records and ensure consistency between physical inventory and system data.Monitor spare parts consumption, inventory levels to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.Coordinate inventory checks, cycle counts, and corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.management business papers, such as delivery note, outbound note, return note and others internal documents archive requirement from QM.Toolbox management,including safety inventory, toolbox check when inbound or outbound, regular replenishment and local calibration.Service Parts Fulfillment & Engineer SupportProcess spare parts requests from Field Service Engineers and ensure timely fulfillment based on service priorities.Coordinate spare parts allocation and delivery to support installation, maintenance, and repair activities.Track spare parts status and provide updates to internal stakeholders.Logistics & Import CoordinationCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments of spare parts between headquarters, suppliers, logistics providers, and local teams.Support import/export processes, including shipment documentation, customs clearance coordination, and communication with customs brokers.Coordinate courier, air freight, and local transportation arrangements to ensure timely delivery.Work with logistics partners to optimize delivery performance and service efficiency.System & Data ManagementMaintain spare parts information across SAP/WMS/CRM systems and internal platforms.Prepare inventory and logistics reports using Excel and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.Support system updates, process improvements, and operational optimization.Returns & Traceability ManagementManage defective spare parts return processes and coordinate shipments back to designated locations.Maintain parts traceability records, including serial numbers, shipment status, and return documentation.Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.Self-made tools return to HQ to regular maintenance.Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and global teams to ensure smooth spare parts operations.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
What We're Looking ForMust-have:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.5+ years of experience in spare parts management, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations.Experience with SAP/WMS/CRM systems.Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze inventory and logistics data.Experience with import/export processes and customs coordination in Mexico.Good communication skills in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.Nice-to-have:Experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, industrial equipment, or other regulated manufacturing.Experience supporting Field Service operations.Experience managing 3PL providers, courier services, or logistics partners.Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipment processes.Experience working with multinational companies.
