Specialist Lead, Talent Acquisition Contingent Workforce Coordination San Jose, Costa Rica The Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) team is part of Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization and an integral component of the Business Recruiting team. CWM manages contractor demand and partners with the business, Talent organization, vendors, and other stakeholders to support Deloitte’s recruiting and contingent workforce needs.The Contractor and Vendor Lifecycle Management (CVLM) team supports the post-recruitment lifecycle of US commercial contractors across Deloitte’s businesses. Its responsibilities begin after the recruitment process and include contractor onboarding, lifecycle administration, vendor management, compliance coordination, and offboarding. The team partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and Talent teams to deliver an efficient, consistent, and positive contractor experience throughout the engagement.As a Lead Specialist on the Contractor and Vendor Lifecycle Management team (CVLM), you will be responsible for the overall onboarding and lifecycle management of contractors during their tenure at Deloitte, including onboarding, maintenance of the contractor through their assignment, and offboarding. This role will be the first level of escalation for contractor issues and ensures seamless management and compliance throughout the contractor's assignment.Work You'll DoOversee day-to-day contractor vendor lifecycle management (CVLM) operations across the team and supporting partners, ensuring work is triaged, balanced, and progressed in line with priority, complexity, and deadlines.Serve as the first level of escalation for contractor, vendor, and workflow issues that cannot be resolved at the associate level.Monitor operational dashboards and queue health to ensure timely completion of core activities, including work order approvals, timesheet follow-up, rejected invoice resolution, invoicing actions, audits, and reconciliations.Proactively identify operational, process, and technology issues requiring attention and troubleshooting, and apply field and functional experience to support problem analysis and solution development.Serve as an early point of escalation for contractor, vendor, and workflow issues that cannot be resolved through standard associate handling.Provide daily oversight of workload distribution across associates and support teams, helping ensure service continuity, productivity, and timely issue resolution.Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and partner teams to support contractor lifecycle activities and improve responsiveness.Coordinate with US and India-based CWM teams, Deloitte Technology, Talent Acquisition Digital Optimization, Contractor Lifecycle Engagement, Finance, Engagement Financial Advisors, Talent Relations, Cyber, and other stakeholders on active contractor issues, policy questions, exceptions, and operational dependencies.Support resolution of WBS, invoicing, budget, and financial management issues in partnership with Finance and engagement teams.Escalate high-risk, sensitive, or systemic issues to the Manager, including policy concerns, compliance risks, outages, and recurring service delivery breakdowns.Reinforce adherence to established processes, standards, and documentation; identify process gaps; and recommend operational improvements to the Manager.Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and quality support to specialists to promote consistency and effective execution.Track issue trends, vendor performance concerns, and recurring pain points, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.Support onboarding and training of new team members by helping them learn workflows, tools, escalation paths, and service expectations.Support reporting and dashboard creation to provide visibility into operational performance, and risks. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in recruiting, contingent workforce hiring, professional services, or large corporate environmentsExperience supervising and supporting direct reportsTechnical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience with applicant tracking or vendor management systems/applicationsStrong English and Spanish oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred Qualifications:Experience leveraging data to make recommendations and influencing stakeholders As used in this posting, “Deloitte” means DSS Delivery Costa Rica S.R.L., a Costa Rican sociedad de responsabilidad limitada and subsidiary of Deloitte LLP.
