Speach Theraphy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language difficulties in clients. Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Deliver effective therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and speech clarity. Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy as needed. Educate clients and their families on communication support strategies for home practice. Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote awareness of speech therapy benefits. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy or related discipline. Strong clinical assessment and therapy skills with excellent communication abilities. Empathy, patience, and dedication when working with diverse clients.
