About Achar Sports OPC Private Limited Achar Sports is dedicated to building a vibrant ecosystem of college sports tournaments that unite students, families, and communities. We harness the power of sports to inspire, connect, and create meaningful opportunities. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate Sports Ambassador to represent Achar Sports within your college or local community in Bengaluru. In this role, you will organize tournaments, foster engagement, and build strong relationships with colleges, community members, and sponsors to ensure successful and impactful events. Key Responsibilities Promote and encourage participation in Achar Sports tournaments among students and local communities. Coordinate with students, families, and community members to boost engagement and support. Develop and maintain relationships with local sponsors and supporters to sustain tournament activities. Assist in event organization, including registrations and on-ground coordination during tournaments. Uphold and represent Achar Sports’ core values of fairness, inclusivity, and positive community impact. Qualifications Strong passion for sports and community development. Excellent communication and networking skills. Currently a college student or recent graduate preferred. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. Benefits Monthly stipend of ₹2,000 plus commission opportunities. Certificate of recognition as an official Sports Ambassador. Work Location & Schedule This is a flexible, part-time position based on college campuses and local communities in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
