About the role
Yochana is seeking a Sr Business Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Ensure requirements align with product strategy and organizational objectives.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Convert business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
- Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects, Developers, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in solution design discussions involving Azure-based applications, cloud-native applications, cloud solutions, and integrations.
- Support requirements related to scalability, performance, security, compliance, and operational support.
- Work with architects and developers to align business requirements with technical implementation approaches.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and business process analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC, REST APIs, integrations, SQL, data analysis, and functional specifications.
- Experience with Azure-based applications, cloud solutions, system integrations, and solution design discussions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Visio/Miro, and Power BI is preferred.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, and Responsible AI.
