As a Senior AI Enablement Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions that drive measurable business impact across Micron. You will operate independently and take full ownership of AI solutions, shaping build standards, mentoring peers, and working closely with security and architecture partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows using platforms like Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
- Connect AI agents with enterprise systems such as SharePoint and M365, external APIs, and knowledge bases, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Identify repetitive tasks and design intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable AI literacy, create best-practice documentation, and support internal training sessions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on data protection and threat modeling, ensuring AI solutions adhere to security, ethical, and compliance standards.
- Ensure secure agent interactions using encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Integrate agents with identity platforms such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, and AD FS for secure access control.
- Collect feedback, iterate on solutions, and contribute to a culture of innovation and scalability.
