Sr Lead Accountant

JOB REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree in Business, CPA, CMA, or Data Analytics credentials are a plus.
• +6 years of accounting experience, preferably including cost or manufacturing accounting; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and general accounting principles.
• Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting is preferred but not required.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with US based teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (modeling, what-if/sensitivity analysis required).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to understand broader business impacts.
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
