Sr Project Manager - NPI

About the role

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Sr Project Manager - NPI to oversee, manage, and coordinate department-level projects with significant impact on multiple organizations. The role serves as a liaison between the project team and the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.
• Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Assist with technical, financial, and organizational issues by researching.

Requirements

• Education and project management experience: doctorate plus 2 years, master's plus 4 years, bachelor's plus 6 years, associate's plus 10 years, or high school/GED plus 12 years.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously and work under time pressure.
• Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills, proficient computer operation skills, and strong organizational, detail-oriented, accurate, and analytical skills.
• Effective interaction in a team or matrix environment; must be a team player, self-starter, strategic thinker, persistent, tactful, and persuasive, and capable of growth and increased responsibility.
• Fluent business English and Spanish, written and oral, with effective verbal and written communication skills, including writing and presentations.
• Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules. Experience with SAP, Trackwise, and project management tools preferred.
• High proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; change control experience.
