Sr. SEO Copywriter

About the role

Viva Talent is hiring a Sr. SEO & AEO Copywriter to help build an in-house organic-growth engine from the ground up. You’ll turn search strategy into useful, high-quality content that reaches the right audience and earns visibility across Google and AI-powered search.

Viva Talent connects US companies with exceptional Executive Assistants and opens meaningful, career-defining work for talented people across Latin America. The team has 200+ members across 15+ countries and 3 continents, with a mission to expand real opportunity for women in LatAm.

Viva currently has no in-house content owner. Content production depends on an external agency, which limits the ability to maintain quality, build a consistent publishing cadence, and improve content based on performance. The SEO & AEO Manager owns the organic-search roadmap. This role turns that roadmap into accurate, useful, publish-ready content.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish SEO and AEO content end to end, including solution pages, landing pages, guides, and content refreshes based on keyword-cluster briefs.
• Create content around Viva’s ideal customer profile, their pain points, search intent, and the problems they are trying to solve.
• Use AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools for research, outlining, and drafting, then apply human judgment for accuracy, originality, voice, and factual correctness.
• Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to decide what existing content to rewrite, consolidate, or improve.
• Apply on-page SEO using headings, metadata, internal linking, schema, and sound page structure.
• Research competitors and benchmarks to identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Own the publishing cadence and maintain the editorial calendar.
