Staffing & Managed Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment for contract, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions. Support and manage client accounts within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Vendor Management System (VMS) environment. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries. Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure timely communication and service delivery. Monitor and report on staffing KPIs, client SLAs, and workforce productivity. Assist with onboarding, compliance, timesheet management, and offboarding processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and workforce solutions. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management. Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Bullhorn, etc.) is a strong plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a client-facing role. Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced staffing agency environment. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
