Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on stock market trading strategies and investment opportunities to clients. Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering timely updates and actionable recommendations. Assist clients with account setup and management to ensure a smooth trading experience. Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot trading platform or transaction issues. Develop and share educational resources to improve clients’ trading knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and enhance service quality. Track client performance metrics and report usage patterns to identify improvement areas. Work closely with trading teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to projects aimed at service efficiency improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Financial Markets or related field. Strong understanding of trading and investment strategies. Proficiency with trading platforms and financial software tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 0-2 years experience in client-facing roles within financial services. This position reports to the Senior Trading Manager and is part of a collaborative team of trading specialists and client service professionals.
