Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and maximize sales. Engage with customers by providing knowledgeable assistance and resolving inquiries promptly. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain product availability. Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to boost online presence and review pricing strategies. Train and mentor new team members on store policies, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications SSLC, PUC, or Graduation qualification. Experience in e-commerce operations or retail management is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant software tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
