Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products and services. Respond to customer inquiries with detailed product information and benefits. Generate and manage leads through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and support team goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th pass. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Preferred experience: 1-2 years in telesales or telemarketing.
