Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure store safety and operational efficiency. Inspect electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and store management to prioritize maintenance projects and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status to support compliance and operational planning. Ensure adherence to safety standards and local regulations in all maintenance work. Respond quickly and effectively to urgent repair needs, minimizing impact on store operations and customer experience. Support cross-functional teams by assisting with facility-related tasks that enhance the overall shopping environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing store maintenance processes and reducing costs. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Proven experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in retail or commercial settings. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and safety. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure. Experience using common maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Preferred: Knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and air conditioning repair.
